This piece of interactive journalism visualizes a mass of data gathered by researchers about the ranks of the top 100 countries in the world. Five metrics were used: Education, Health, Quality of Life, Economic Dynamism and Political Environment.

I was an independent contractor working remotely on this project. A basic wireframe, creative direction and a massive excel file was initially provided. I developed the wireframe further, created the visual design, produced the xml using a database, and finally programmed the application in Flash using Object-oriented AS3 with MVC.
